Hey people. The Langkawi Trip had been a blast. I have written about them in Aween and perhaps Angah blog, so feel free to read and give comments. Terima kasih kepada semua cousin-cousin yang cool and happening and helpful, also to Steering Comittee. Without you guys, this trip won't happen. Hey people!!! We're going to LANGKAWI!!!

Assalamualaikum... wah.. nervous jugak first time nak update our family blog ni..

Greetings dearest cousins and other family members. So looks like our plans for our annual family gathering for 2008 to be held at Langkawi island are underway and hopefully will go on smoothly to its successful and happy conclusion, Insya Allah. Last week we held a mini meeting to update and confirm decisions on several matters including the printing of our family t shirt and others, attended by K Long Najwa and Abg Nizam, K Ngah Wani, K Long Zarith, K Long Zura, Abang, Waffi, Banglang Ashraf, K Su Niza, Izzatie and yours truly, of course. To update the rest of you out there on the outcome....

The printing of our family t shirt has been confirmed, to be carried out by Dini, K Ngah Wani's friend. Should be completed and distributed, Insya Allah, by raya haji. Aside from that, we will all be getting a pin badge with I luv MOKA (the spelling has been changed with the approval of the Steering Committee) sign. Transport has also been confirmed, i.e. an express bus will be picking us up from rumah Nya Nya on WEDNESDAY, 10TH DECEMBER 2008 at 9:30 pm. We are expected to arrive in Kuala Perlis jetty at 6 am the next day, and we should arrive on the island by lunch. From thereon we will be transported to the Malibest Beach Resort on Pantai Cenang.

The trip back home will be on 14th December, which is on Sunday, departing from K Perlis at approximately 1pm.

Don't forget that we will be divided into groups and our Finale will be at dinner on the 13th of December where each family and each group will have to come up with a performance in line with the agreed theme of 'RETRO'. So now's a good time to start thinking of your attire for the dinner and maybe even start planning your family performances. Sama macam dulu jugak, there will be special prizes for the best dressed.

Apa lagi yek....oh yes...prizes people will have to confirm with activities people on preparation for hadiah...be prepared, people...there will be some interesting activities that have not been revealed during previous meetings which you guys can definitely look forward to...heheh...

We will also need to firm up on the duty roster... the group must sit down with the F&B and Safety and Security people on all arrangements. We will have the (hopefully) last Big Meeting at Seremban during the Raya Haji...looking forward to hearing from you guys then. But if you have any suggestions, problems, enquiries, kemusykilan dan sebagainya before then, pleasee give me a buzz and we'll try to solve them all before the meeting, kay?

Wokeh...that's about it from me for now...kalau ada apa apa yang tercicir tolong highlight ok...
Till then...this has been fun and here's to hoping that there'll be more to come in the future...

family meeting

okay hello semua.
lupa nak update kan. last week on the mak uda's open house , we had a langkawi trip meeting. i smsed everyone to attend. and just a note : jikalau ada jawatan , tolong hadir. lagi lagi kalau jawatan penting.

so , we just went through activities, accomodation and transportation still not confirm. but we did pick a t-shirt design. so siape yang tak hadir, terima je lah t-shirt design tu. sape suruh tak datang. well, you can check it out on this page. its a combination of 2 design actually. alah, tunggu je lah nanti! but t-shirt ni confirm tau sebab kita punya steering comitee dah confirm kan.

and i need to confirm whose going to the langkawi trip and who isnt. so tolong lepas baca blog ni, lari pergi handphone, go to write new messages, type kat situ "saya _______ boleh hadir ke langkawi trip " lepas tu tekan continue. and then pergi kat contacts , cari nama izzatie comel. lepas tu send.

ola...kat cni ade beberapa cth design yg ade dulu..design2 kat bawah neh along try buat simple so sume org leh pakai bila2 walaupun lepas gathering..n along try ikut tema "retro"..kalo x retro sori r ekk hehehe.."MOHKAM" tu sambungan name atok n nenek k...along nye idea asal nk letak "MOKA" tp ikut idea zati..cz cam best lagik jer..kalo ade ape2 pandangan atau komen jgan segan2 atau malu2 tuk kasi tau keh...

kalau korang prasan actually ade 3 design je tp buat itam n putih..so ade variety sket..since langkawi sekeliling nyer pantai, so putih adalah sgt digalakkan...along amik itam n putih cz kaler neh universal..sume leh pakai..kang kalo wat kale pelik2 ade yg x kena lak ssh..huhu...so jgn lupe untuk komen ape2 ekk..ade beberapa design lagik akan menyusul yg lebih seswai kot tuk suasana pulau n pantai...so tunggu..huhuhu

kakngah zarirah and kaklong najwa's engagement!

Pada 7 june 2008, dua pertunangan telah berlangsung di rumah rasah iaitu pertunangan diantara kaklong najwa dan abg nizam dan juga kakngah zarirah dan abg ihsan

but the work starts on the 2nd of june. hari dimana cornflake cookies telah dibuat oleh semua anak mama bersama izzatie yang comel dan kaklang syaza yang gemuk :D

The engagement for both angah zarirah and along najwa went smoothly, tiring but FUN. Tak pernah orang buat 2 pertunangan dalam satu hari. Our family definitely made a history!Hehe.

Anyway, this is a delayed post. Due to the hectic life we are living. Sorry for the delayed. Again, anyone who wants to write about anything regarding family activities, do ask for the email and password to login to blogspot.

The recent activity we've done was a follow-up meeting regarding the Langkawi trip. Not everyone made it to the meeting but we have received updates from representatives of each department. Here are the summaries of the meeting:

Transportation: Yet to book

Accomodation: Booked. 11 chalets (if not mistaken. Refer to Along Yuza for confirmation)

Activities: Yet to finalize.Any extra ideas and volunteers are welcomed to give thoughts and helps on the activities and places to visit.

Duties: Angah Zarirah will divide the group. The duties for each group will be notified soon.

Multimedia: Confirm on availability of multimedia equipments

Prize and souvenir: Liaise with Activities on prizes

T-shirt: Choices will be uploaded. Designs are welcomed.

If I missed out on anything, do tell or you can inform everyone here. And don't forget to rehearse for the performance! The next meeting will be informed soon (probably 2 weeks from now). Happy studying and working people! :D
